I moved in to this lovely room on a temporary basis but it was clean with a brand new mattress on the bed and a fridge. The process was smooth and straight forward . It was a bit noisy at times but with the amount of tenants coming and going I would not expect anything else .

I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was thought out and organized. Since I'm new to this country, this is a great option for me to live independently on my limited budget. The mini studios here are just perfect. Plus, a big bonus - the studio is furnished, and no additional costs are required. You can move in on the first day without any hassles. I feel safe, comfortable, and calm here. It's not as noisy as I thought, and the location in the center is great. There's no need to share a kitchen or toilet with anyone, and all utilities are included, which means one less headache each month. Thanks to the company for making such a bold decision and organizing the space so well. Special thanks to Claire; she is an incredible person who gets things done quickly and accurately, providing tremendous support to tenants. Claire is a huge gem for this company 🫶 The company also responds promptly to any requests and resolves issues as quickly as possible.

If you are the landlord of ALexander House in Ipswich PLEASE READ THIS.
If you inted to rent o property managed by Your advisors PLEASE READ THIS too it might save you a lot of trouble.

The WORST estate agent ever, AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you intend to become a tenant or maybe even worse a landlord that wants his property managed by them.
Their reply to any problem (rats in the yard, food being stolen from the fridge, drug dealers coming into the house) is "There is nothing we can do about it". They will always pass the blame to whoever they can, Police, landlord etc when in fact they are the ones that have to mantain this property/house (Alexander House) in a secure condition and liveable for the people who pay rent. My food got stolen from the fridge on a number of ocasions and all they say is that there is nothing that they can do about it, this time I have decided that other people should hear my story. I would bet that the landlord doesn't even know about these issues and if it would know he pays them to solve these issues would be my guess.
The short storry is , if you need someone to find excuses for anything this is the estate agent to use. Of course they will blame now the COVID19 but some of these have I have reported to them almost a year ago so the virus excuse doesn't apply in this case.

I moved to one of the studios in Alexander House a few weeks ago.
The referencing and moving-in process was straightforward. Claire has been lovely, very friendly and approachable.
I think the price is great, very reasonable for having your own place without having to share a bathroom and kitchen with other people.

I moved out of the studio a few weeks ago. It was a great experience. Good value for money, repairs swiftly dealt with and Claire has been brilliant from my move in to move out, thank you!

Sarah was amazing.
I was moving back south from north Staffordshire and Cheshire.
I got messed around by couple of agencies and landlords.

I spoke to Sarah explained the situation I would need to move in soon as. She was very efficient. She sent me everything to complete on the Friday. She did all my checks and receiving my keys today. Best part of it all. Dealing with Sarah was easy, transparent and very professional. She seemed like someone who understood I was in tough situation having to move down south on a tight schedule.

Ps. I don’t have any bad credit or references it was the timescales for me of the move.

Here goes 6 months and I’m sure that the same level of service I received at the start will continue throughout the tenancy.

Moved into the apartment in October 2022 with my wife. Moving in was made easy by the realtor, Claire. The apartment was clean and the communal areas were cleaned biweekly. Interactions with the agency based on our other needs in the flat were promptly attended to. Letting with this agency really made a good impression on us as new immigrants.
