Had my hair cut and coloured today, by lovely lady, can't remember name as my memory is not good at moment, but she did amazing job, and took her time, even though my hair wouldn't play ball, and junior did a brilliant job of blow drying, felt a million dollars afterwards. The best salon I have been to for friendliness and helpfulness, even getting me some cake for dinner in cafe next door, and making cups of tea for me. Thank you all. Karen.

ZigZags were my life saver for a recent family wedding!! So accommodating, and easily contactable to get me booked in and answer any questions I had prior to having my hair and make up done.

The make up Jenny did was fantastic & all day I got compliments on it, same with my hair (I think the stylists name was Abby) the curls lasted all day and night, and regularly got compliments on it!!

The 2 stars are unfortunately for the hair colour which is a shame as it did look really nice last Tuesday (5/07/2022). Everything else including the cut is perfectly fine and have no problems with. I'm just very disappointed that now since I've washed my hair there is a problem at the back of my hair where it's more dark and it's the same in some areas underneath as well and it hasn't been blended in properly with the dark colour and looks uneven at the front. It's honestly such a shame as I was really looking forward to having my hair done like gamoras from the Guardians of the galaxy and it looked really nice on Tuesday after having it done and now I'm not totally satisfied with it as to hide the problem I have to put my hair up but I like to wear my hair down sometimes. I didn't want to change my review as jenny is a very lovely women and she did a lovely job cutting my hair it's just the colour I'm disappointed in.

Abbie is amazing, she cuts and highlights my hair exactly as I ask her. She can blend the colours perfectly and doesn't make the highlights look brassy. I highly recommend her.

I had a great experience in the salon. Great professional service, really good communication and care. My hair is a nightmare- wavy, frizzy and quite fine and I rarely leave the salon happy. Today I received a great service, could test a styling product which made wonders to my hair and I will buy it and at the end I was amazed that the price for my cut which took about 30min was £10.75! Last time I paid that little for a haircut around... 2005 😀 I left a tip. I will be back and won't go anywhere else. Highly reccommened. Thank you.
